"Wonderful stay. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub was not available. We were looking forward to it. At the same time we understand that things need to be renovated but we probably would have chosen a different Fairmont to be able to enjoy the hot tub. Otherwise everything was excellent and we really enjoyed the beautiful hotel and the perfect location. "

"Beautiful hotel in Downtown Vancouver. We were too tired to venture out much after two days of planes and trains, so we opted to have a few drinks and a snack in the bar. Excellent food and service. For dinner, we decided to eat in the Cafe. Again excellent service and the food was delicious! Our room was everything we expected and more! Clean, comfortable, and the views were amazing! The staff was pleasant, accommodating, and very professional. We will definitely be back!"
