Good basic motel for a good night rest. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Sheets amd pillows all looked new. Staff was friendly.

Our property has a strict noise and damages policy. Once we received reports of noise we would be more than happy to assist you within our available resources such as moving you to another room. The check in was smooth and fast. The reception staff was the most friendly! The neighborhood is safe and convenient. Very close to Downtown Vancouver. Many shops and restaurants around. De Dutch inside the hotel is a treat. The hotel is clean and includes parking. This seems too positive, but looking at the rate, this is what you would like to receive. I recommend it for families who want to stay near Stanley park and Capilano bridge. I came for a conference in Downtown Vancouver and do not regret.

This is a motel at best. Room smelled very badly like old stale cigarette smoke. A dirty sock was found behind the bed and a long black hair on the bed. Parking wasn’t great, full parking lot close to our room, so we had to park on the other side and walk a decent amount through the parking lot with our bags. Would not recommend.

All other Best Western in Downtown Vancouver does not serve full breakfast as well to every room type. We hope you were able to try the Dedutch restaurant on the lobby that is separate from us. This hotel had a prostitute working out of a room close to mine and the clients came and went all night. The staff were hard to communicate with because of poor language skills, which made it hard for them to provide expected service. All in all this is a shame because the location is very handy.

the stay was lovely, the only thing i wish it had better was its location. Any restaurants required the bus to go over to the main mall in the area, Park Royal, unless you're okay with a good 15 minute walk there and back for basic things. The room smelled kind of like cigarette smoke when we first arrived, but we ran the fan for a while and it cleared up. No problems after that. Any staff i did talk to were lovely. Calling them was always clear and concise, and they were happy to talk at any time. I recommend for those who are looking for a relatively cheap stay, as long as you're willing to travel if you want to get anywhere or do anything...and the dedutch restaurant that's attached to the property is *very* expensive. seven dollars for a glass of orange juice. Yikes.
