"We stayed 2 days and got upgraded to a lovely room. Staff was nice but property seems to have some problems...first day hot water in room was luke warm. Hot tub was about 90 degrees and jets didn't work it's also very small for a 19 story hotel."

"I don’t know if I just did not read the description properly but there is no free shuttle to the airport. Luckily, it is connected to the sky train and it just like 3 stops so very convenient. Overall, very nice and convenient hotel!"
