"We stayed 2 days and got upgraded to a lovely room. Staff was nice but property seems to have some problems...first day hot water in room was luke warm. Hot tub was about 90 degrees and jets didn't work it's also very small for a 19 story hotel."

"停车位置非常不方便，拿着行李要走很长一段路才能坐电梯到客房。而且客房里面使用微波炉需要额外的费用，每次使用都需要收费。冰箱坏了，而且房间灯特别暗，出现问题不是立即帮我们换房间，而且还说不能换。服务态度很差，整体体现很不好。下次不会再去。"
