Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
The room was lovely. Views were wonderful. The only negative was not having hot water one morning and having to take an ice cold shower. No compensation was offered for this inconvenience.

The staff member at check-in was polite, friendly, helpful and quick. Perfect! She upgraded my room to an 10th floor “aircraft spotting” room and that room was excellent.
