"We enjoyed the nice, fresh facelift. The bed was super hard for me, but my huband found it comfortable. We had a micro kitchen, and we did make use of this - please provide scissors, a better knife, a cutting board, and better pots/pans, and why no toaster? Very odd. Kids enjoyed the courtyard with a place to run and be wild after a long drive. We did not use the pool; it was very full and not very large. Overall, we would stay again."

"This is the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. There was excessive noise outside of our room and they refused to give us a different room stating the hotel was fully booked, which was a complete lie. I was able to go online and find rooms available to book in the hotel for that night so they had over rooms available. They refused to do anything to help me and we ended up leaving after only staying 3 hours because of the excessive noise outside and the staff not willing to help us out at all. This hotel experience was so stressful and anxiety inducing. I will NEVER stay here or in Elkhart, Indiana EVER again."
