"A very short stay on our last night in Italy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean and modern rooms. A nice breakfast in the morning before a long day of travel."

"Hotel seemed to be in middle of nowhere. Pick up from terminal 1 then went to terminal 2 and about 15 mins later arrived at the hotel. Rooms are dated and need upgrade. Not to the standard of a crowne plaza. Would not choose to stay here again."

"We stayed there at the end of our trip because it is close to the Milan airport and they have shuttle service. The hotel is beautiful and clean. It has a restaurant with delicious food. We booked the family room and it was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The staff is professional and friendly."

"This hotel certainly comes in handy for travelers with early flights out of MXP. I stayed here the night before an early flight in April 2026. The hotel has direct access to Terminal 1 which is where a majority of international flights depart from. The pool and fitness center are great. I had a delicious lunch at Il Canneto (on site restaurant) and ordered room service for dinner which was delivered very quickly. One minor caveat is that the rooms can get a bit warm during certain times of the day due to the sun reflecting off the many large glass windows."

"Every thing was good except not close to metro and no shops arround "

"The staff were very nice and acommodating with allowing for late check in and early check out, and the rooms were cleaned daily. Transportation however is difficult to obtain if you do not plan around their shuttles. It is around a 12-14 minute walk to the metro which is not bad but other than that, central Milan is not that close without a form of transport."

"Definitely change the smell in the lobby and elevators . It has a strong scent. And let each room control their own air conditioner"
