"This property was well located but the rooms were not as clean as I would like, there is lots of dust and because they are renovating there was a paint smell. Breakfast area is quite poor and needs to be renovated , the food was great from the kitchen and the staff friendly "

"Best hotel in the city. The staff are very kind and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. Laundry gets changed daily which are really neat and tidy. Bathrooms have all the toiletries. Ac are fully centralised. Complimentary breakfasts are yummy. Specially their tea is really soothing and good. Bread toast is like heaven and crunchy. Really loved the stay in hotel Midcity which is in mid of Varanasi just 20 mins away from station and 2 mins away from kashi vishwanath mandir and ghats. Other...

"We paid for the more expensive suite but were told that hotels/expedia had made a mistake. We were told we had been upgraded but the room was disgusting. Dead flies in the window sill. Doors rotten. Wires hanging out of the walls. We changed room twice none were any better. Given the price this is a total rip-off. The hotel doesn’t care because they don’t rely on repeat business. Personally I would stay further out and walk to the Ghats. The breakfast and Wi-Fi were both adequate "
