BrijRama Palace, Varanasi - By the Ganges

BrijRama Palace, Varanasi - By the Ganges

8/10 Good
"Itโ€™s an old palace which they are trying to maintain. The best part is the location, on the banks of the holy Ganges. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the steps to walk down to the river as it was all under water. The room was small and was not worth the price. But the people and the services rendered were amazing. Food was good and nothing special. What makes it worth is the services of the staff."

"I really canโ€™t say enough good things about this hotel. Akash was genuinely one of the nicest and most helpful people Iโ€™ve met during my travels. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how helpful and welcoming he was from the beginning I had a very early flight, and they went out of their way to pick me up when i arrived as i was lost lol and dropped me off in the middle of the night with no prior notice so I wouldnโ€™t miss my flight. Which meant really so much to me they even upgraded my room for free, which was such a kind surprise. The room was perfect big, clean, comfortable, with nice hot water and the WiFi worked perfectly! Everything about my stay here was amazing i really appreciated how much they helped me as a solo traveler with anything i needed. They genuinely went above and beyond, and I always felt looked after. It honestly felt like family. Thank you so much to Akash and the whole team for making my stay in Varanasi such a great experience. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi. You really canโ€™t ask for better hospitality."
