"Room was big and comfy enough, shower doors didnt exatly keep all the water in but just being picky. I did have my do no disturb on the front door, staying for 3 nights so dont need towles of sheets changing & removed complications if something goes missing, however each day dispite asking personally the room was cleaned each day breakfast was alright with enough choice, friendly staff. shame the pool was outside in the winter and no kettle / coffee in the room, cant understand the 4 star...

Amazing stay
"One of the best hotels that we have stayed at in a beautiful quiet location right on the lake. The duplex was spacious, clean, had a patio and balcony and had breathtaking views of the lake. The restaurant was delicious with exceptional service and the staff at the hotel went above and beyond. We will definitely be back to this beautiful hotel! "
