"Nice and tidy. Newly renovated, everything you need at good location closeby Binz center and the beach. We were contacted via WhatsApp prior to arrival and passed instructions, a contact point that were then readily accessible whenever we had any questions during our stay. We had no issues getting a parking spot during our stay."

"Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden."
