"The hotel is is a fabulous location with a mini bus to the

with a very helpful driver and excellent service unfortunately you need your own transport to be able to explore the rest of the island due to the location. We was aware of this when booking as has stayed previously but for some this could be a problem. Some items on the description are no longer available/correct and although this wasnt a problem for us i believe the description should be updated as incorrect. Staff very friendly...

"The hotel in general is not well maintained, it's not falling apart though - not yet anyway. There's loads of noise from the hallway, nextdoor neighbours and especially the upstairs neighbours. The safety deposit box in the room is an additional €20 which is a bit of a joke really. There was more artificial lights in the cafeteria than at a dentist clinic. The

"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to.
