"My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at F ZEEN. It completely exceeded any [great] expectations we already had. Staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant, always so welcoming, always attentive and always going out of their way to ensure our stay was an enjoyable/comfortable one. It made our first visit to Kefalonia an even more enjoyable one and I would absolutely recommend F ZEEN to anyone visiting this beautiful island. "What an absolute gem. We enjoyed such a relaxing stay, truly exceptional warm friendly hospitality right through from arrival to departure. Reception, restaurant and all support staff were so genuinely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast selection and service outstanding. We ate in the restaurant a few lunch and evenings, fabulous food, mouthwatering daily specials expertly described, plus excellent speciality cocktails, even extra ice arrived magucally when loynfing by the pool. Stunning views, location amazing, lovely traditional village, grear selection of places to eat drink, hire a boat, without being too touristy - perfect for relaxation and great Greek hospitality. Absolutely loved it - hope to return many times!"

"Apartments were traditional basic Greek, as we expected. But we’re clean and perfectly adequate for what we wanted. The pool and loungers were wonderful - a real key attraction. Not too busy and easily got a longer even in the middle of August. At the pool bar, the food and service was great. Only minor comments are that the bar could be pricey - certainly not somewhere you would want to purchase from all day. But we knew this from other reviews. Also, it is up a big hill. But it is manageable if you are of reasonable fitness, but you wouldn’t want to do it multiple times a day, particularly with kids. So just plan for it!! Taxis were about 7 euros. All in all a wonderful holiday! Thanks!"

"Beautiful location. Nothing nearby as far as restaurants go so a car is ideal. They have a shuttle few times a day that you pay one way for. There is a small pebble beach which is really gorgeous for a swim and snorkel right by the parking lot. Breakfast is nice, lots of choices. Coffee machine worked by the third day but was quite slow for the amount of people wanting coffee. So that was a little backed up every time. They had a few kettles with black coffee but only one espresso coffee machine for coffee with milk. Lots of egg options, yogurt with lots of topping options, different breads, loafs, croissants, pastries, fruit, cold and hot meats, juice, milk, coffee and tea.. it was busy however staff was amazing ! Cleaning up for you and constantly adding more food. Very well done! It was quite hot while we were there but the AC worked well. Room was well cleaned. Beds were comfy and the views are amazing from our rooms but since it’s on a hillside many rooms probably had a great view. Family rooms meant connecting doors which was great! Fridges were not working very well and had lots of ice in them which meant the door didn’t close well anymore. But maybe that was an oversight. They have laundry service. I could fill a large laundry sack I got from the front dezk, paid $20 and they washed it for me, put it back in my room folded nicely the same day !!! Amazing vacation Luxery when traveling light,to have this option! All in all a lovely stay, kind staff, great place"
