"My stay was incredible. My family and I loved everything the hotel had to offer. However, we had one bad situation the day of our checkout because my card was declined for the charges that I charged to the room. I wasn’t aware of my card being declined and they did not make it known to me that it was. What they did do was lock me out of my room and I was confused about the situation because I hadn’t checked out yet. When my family and I returned from breakfast, we were waiting in the corridor for an hour and it was frustrating. Again, I had not checked out so it was just frustrating the way they decided to handle the situation was by locking me out of my room with all my belongings inside. Once I figured out what was going on, my card was charged and everything was fine to get back in, but, I thought that was extremely inappropriate. With that being said, our stay was excellent aside from that and I’m not the type to make these situations a big deal. But It was frustrating cause I have 2 small children and we were locked out of our room."

"This is my second time booking with Expedia. My first experience was horrible. The hotel was not what Expedia was saying I was a little scared to book again but when I got to Puerto Rico, this hotel was amazing exactly like the picture. The place was clean the staff very friendly and it was exactly like it’s saying on the pictures. I would definitely book again here. You are so close to the beach. There’s a lot of place you could choose from to eat and it’s a safe environment."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, we had a wonderful stay at La Concha and would gladly return. The highlight of our experience was the staff. It’s rare to find an entire team that is so genuinely kind and welcoming, from the housekeeping staff to the pool attendants. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Their exceptional hospitality truly made our stay special. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The only reason I’m mentioning this is because I think the room we stayed in could use a little updating. The balcony door was extremely difficult to open because the lock was very stiff, and the shower handles were also very hard to turn. These are small maintenance issues that could easily improve the guest experience. The beach is beautiful, although it was unfortunate that the ocean was very rough during our stay. Of course, that’s something the hotel has no control over. One thing guests should also be aware of is that the hotel places a fairly large hold on your credit card for incidentals. Other than those minor points, everything else was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the outstanding service from every member of the staff is what earned this hotel a 5-star review from us. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable!"

"I have zero complaints about our stay at Condado Vanderbilt. I traveled with 4 children and from the minute we arrived in the driveway to the minute we left for the airport everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were impeccable and very comfortable. We used the pool the most and loved every minute. Special thank you to the staff at Ola for singing Happy Birthday to me during brunch!"
