"Perfect place to unwind .. staff is great especially Bryan at the front desk !! Third time here and I will again be back. U can absolutely not go wrong wit the Wyndham .. hotel lobby and pool along with the view are enough to make u stay there and not leave for the beach. They even did some renovations on the pool and all around common rooms downstairs and it really shows . This is the ONE guys trust me . "

"My husband and I had an enjoyable two week stay. Our fourth floor room had a beautiful oceanfront view. We enjoyed the buffets’ large variety of tasty food options. The Japanese and Steak restaurants were also good. Staff was friendly. The resort was clean including our room. The room was tired with a broken bathroom light switch, a noisy constantly running toilet, and worn furniture. Our key fob frequently did not work so we had it reset numerous times. The Riu Palace apparently will be undergoing a major renovation later this year. The ocean is swimmable with a beautiful beach. No cabanas or palapas for lounging in the shade on the beach. Nice pools. No quiet pool or a shaded area for lounging over looking the ocean. The loud music could be clearly heard at all pools. We had no issues accessing shaded pool loungers. We ended up spending time at the sister resort right next door resting on quiet shaded loungers over looking the ocean listening to the birds. Overall, I recommend staying at the resort. "

"We just had a bad encounter with a bar (Filadelfia-I believe is the name off the pool bar) employee. He seemed to have an attitude and was a smart mouth to my questions. The other lady that was working had a pleasant attitude compared to him. "

"Spacious and clean room, large tv, balcony overlooking the pool; large pool with swim up bar, 3 dining options; amazing location. Wonderful staff. This stay far exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant as I hadn't stayed AI for a few years. We were a group of 3 families with three 17 yr old seniors having their last HS spring break before they all head off to college. All inclusive for the teens to grab a bite to eat whenever they wanted was ideal and on paper, Margaritaville looked a great option. In the end, This break was perfect for them. One activity per day off site and then return to resort for an excellent steak sandwich and fries or taco was perfect! A clean pool and fantastic beach a minute from resort was amazing. The new Marina development a few mins walk away also gave us somewhere off site to have a choice if we wanted to eat or drink elsewhere. My son scuba dives and to be able to walk to OceanConnect was perfect. The hotel also arranged transportation for the 8 of us which took around 1 hour 20 mins from Liberia airport. Thanks to all at the hotel - you were wonderful. "

"Wonderful stay. Beachfront room was amazing. Property was secure, clean and great location. Light breakfast delivery to room so you could eat breakfast looking at the ocean was top notch! Pool was great as well!"
