"We were collected from the station by Rene and taken to the hotel on the outskirts of Velden. We were upgraded to a larger room with efficient Wifi ( important for us as we run a business). Our room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the lake and distant hills. The hotel was quiet, but all the facilities were available. What immediately strikes you here is the cleanliness of everywhere in this hotel. The spa area was spotless and our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. What also...
