The hotel is right in the heart of the famous canal where all the activities are. As we arrive here in June when the sun sets very late, the weekend is thrived with lots of festive vibes. The hotel is about 7-10 min walk away from the Kongens Nytorv Station which will connect you to most of the places of attraction. Very convenient location to be in. Most amazing breakfast spread that I have seen. Room is clean and decently spacious. Shower tap is faulty so do need repair. Staff is friendly. Great value for a good stay.

It is a nice hotel in a good and convenient location. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I booked a superior room, which in the description said had a partial view of the harbour. While the additional space is nice with the floor to ceiling glass panels, the partial view of the harbor is somewhat a disappointment. It was essentially a view done an alleyway! But on the whole, the good location and nice staff made up for it.

I had a very comfortable stay in their sister hotel in Hellsingburg few days ago so I was not disappointed at all in this hotel in Malmo. The gentleman at check in was humble and polite . And I had a free upgrade . The room is huge ! Bed very comfortable as expected . Breakfast spread was excellent . And thanks to Elite. I got to know about “overnight oats” …. hmmmmm interesting for an Asian like me . googled the receipt and will prepare when home The body lotion is very nice

My friend and I stayed at NH Collection Copenhagen (superior room on the first floor) for four nights in October 2024. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet, and the hotel was a 5-minute walk away from a metro station and supermarket. The reception staff kindly accommodated to our request for early check in and assisted in booking a taxi on our check out day too. Would highly recommend NH Collection Copenhagen for anyone who is visiting Copenhagen!

Stayed here with my wife in March 2026 before an early morning flight from Copenhagen Airport. The location couldn't be more convenient, with a covered walkway providing direct access to and from the terminal in just a few minutes. Our room was modern, spacious, very clean, and exceptionally quiet despite overlooking the airport.
