"My wife and I recently spent 2 nights at the Casa Dina in one of their beautiful fully equipped studios. Due to last minute travel changes (we were touring Provence by car) we arrived early. We were met by our host Eric who was very welcoming and explained this wasn’t an issue for him due to the previous guests leaving early that morning. Eric continued to show us our accommodation and amenities. We were immediately impressed by the high quality, condition and cleanliness of everything...

"We did not get to stay, because our paid for, confirmed booking was non existent I am still awaiting a full refund. M. Amar could not have been more helpful or pleasant. He spent quite a lot of time phoning around and eventually got us a delightful chamber d’hote in St Martin de Londres.
Unfortunately, the administration of Hotel.com was less than useless."
