The front desk staff went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable;when we mentioned needing a bit of ambient noise to fall asleep, they kindly brought a box fan right up to our room. That level of thoughtful hospitality really stood out. The room itself was fairly average in terms of dรฉcor and amenities, but it was clean, quiet, and contained everything required for a comfortable one-night stay. When it was time to leave, check-out was just as seamless as arrival. Overall, Village Inn Springfield delivers friendly service and great convenience for travelers needing a quick, stress-free stay."
