I knew the location was great for my plans in Eugene, but for a relatively inexpensive place, I wasnt expecting the room to be as nice/nicer than some of the 4-star hotels Ive stayed at. "This was our 3rd stay while traveling through Eugene and we wouldn't stay anywhere else! Cute retro motel, excellent staff and breakfast bar. Close to downtown. "
"Breakfast was really good. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Water was extremely hot, which is nice for adults but if you have children as they could get burned easily at this water temperature.
My one criticism was that we ended up staying in one of the older buildings and it had no elevator like the main, nicer hotel building. This really bothered my arthritic knees. If knee pain is an issue make sure to book in the main building which is newer, nicer and has an elevator. That section was full so they could not switch us. Plan ahead."
