"This hotel is a very new build. Family owned. Everything was new and clean, the rooms are very spacious with a very spacious bathroom to go with it. They had elderly and handicapped people in mind when designing the rooms and building, big wide doors, hallways etc. Migi is one of the staff (family owners) and he was absolutely amazing!! 😊 So friendly, so attentive and makes your stay as easy and hassle free as possible. "The staff are not very friendly and especially to independent travellers as the hotel is geared to large groups. There are rules about only being allowed 2 sachets of coffee in the room then you have to buy more. There is a lift but only to certain areas, not all rooms are accessible by lift, which is not good as it appears that most guests are elderly. Breakfast not available to those not travelling in a group. Area out the back in the area that you go through to the car park is an accident waiting to happen with tools and cables strewn around untidily (see photo)"
