"This hotel is a very new build. Family owned. Everything was new and clean, the rooms are very spacious with a very spacious bathroom to go with it. "The extra mile when I informed Fleur that it was cold in the room. She changed my room and brought a electrical heater. Shana did also a very good job and took care of a late check out. My compliments to Anushka to comfort me with double expresso coffee. Marina took care of my lugage. Due the low temperature and snow during last week in The Netherlands i I must say the staff did an excellent job. Lina was so kind. Thanks to Tony in assisting me to carry out my luggage into the taxi. Room was clean. "
