Dear guest,the floor is very well cleaned as it is disinfected with every new guest. The electrical issue we discussed many times on the phone. Our personnel have been there and tested simultaneously several devices with the AC on and we never had a power cut-off during any test. We also tried to arrange a meeting to understand together which was the problem but you were not available. I still believe that you have plugged some devices of yours or power supplies you brought that caused this as we had guests after you and they do not have problems of a power cut off like all previous ones in 10 years! Moreover, as I explained to you, we manage all 4 apartments in the building that have exactly the same layout, power, and electrical system none had any problem. I am sorry you had a bad experience but this 6.0 it is a very nasty one we did not deserve considering all the time we spent to help you and understand your problem.4Regards
