Wonderful hotel run by an amazing family who make you very welcome. The food is excellent and well worth trying. The rooms are large and comfortable. The decor is fascinating with amazing artwork. Nothing is too much trouble for the team. Whether there for a holiday, mind body and soul retreat or wedding, I cant recommend the Enchanted Manor enough. Its really is a wonderful place.
My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights on the windiest weekend in years! The room was warm and comfortable, remarkable draught free with a big 4 poster that I, at 6'4, could stretch out in. The mattress was on the best I've ever slept on.
Everything was perfect, the room, the grounds, the hot tub, the delicious breakfast, the service and the lovely walks nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. We would highly recommend this place for a special stay, it is a real treat.
Lovely place in quiet setting. Large mansion style house. Old but charming and kept really well. Breakfast excellent. Courtesy bar welcome. Ideal spot for relaxing and even a hot tub after days walking or cycling around the IOW.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Should try harder
The property is “ tired “ and maintenance is at a minimum. All was a all bit dated and for our taste and overdone .you could see that at some time in the past a great amount of effort went into the property, but one felt the owners had lost interest .
The bed was comfortable and we had a bath in our room that’s a big plus for me.
The lady we spoke to did not introduce herself so we had no idea who she was !!!! ( we suspect she was the owner ...... but don’t know )She was polite and responsive to our needs ... but we felt her heart was not It... she was curt and business like .
The tired decor and run down feeling would have been overlooked had there been a friendly and warm atmosphere.
The breakfast was good with a good choice of dishes.
They very kindly upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost .... which was kind
The wonderful welcoming attitude of the hosts! Excellent breakfast, perfectly poached eggs! The decor is delightfully funky and the mood is light-hearted! Comfortable! Convenient! Love the “honor bar”. Just lovely all around!!
No effort has been spared in detailing this little wonderland. Everywhere you look, there's a little trinket or other as amusing as the last. The staff were absolutely great. Beyond the Enchanted Manor, you're within easy reach of an equally charming little village with cliff and coastal walks, and lots of little nooks to explore. Breakfasts were great, and several choices of where to eat are in easy walking distance. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
Enchanted by name and Enchanting by nature. The decor is themed around fairies, nymphs and cherubs. The rooms are large and exceedingly comfortable, with the added luxury for us of a nice deep bath.
Nothing was too much trouble for Rick our host, who you immediately warm to as he is a conversationalist.
Do not be disappointed that there is only a cold breakfast as there is plenty to set you up for the day.
The IoW has plenty to offer and one of the gems is St Catherine’s Point which is two minutes down the road. If you want something comfortable but different then this is the place to stay.
Close to stunning coastal walks. Perfect for walkers to explore the areas. Due to islands transport system you obviously need a car as we discovered!! Has been targeted to the wedding market I would say and deco. Is fairy themed throughout,
3 x night stay at the Enchanted Manor in July. Great hosts - beautiful setting and a really great suite.
The place was amazing. Comfortable and clean - excellent room with separate living room and a huge bathroom with a very comfortable bath! Good continental breakfast each day too.
The highlight undoubtedly was watching the badgers in the garden eating their cornflakes each evening. Also the walk up to the highest point on the island from Blackgang Chine carpark (only a few minutes drive from the hotel) to watch an amazing sunset. Highly recommended.

A fantastic place. Informal and yet quality service, distinctive decor and yet cosy, homely feel. Best place to stay in the Isle of Wight. We'll definitely be going back.

We had a magical time at the Enchanted Manor. It was like being a princess in a fairy tale castle. The setting was perfect and everything about the hotel was first rate. Ric was a gracious and warm host. I would highly recommend staying in this wonderful hotel and
