The room was very nice. Two issues: 1. The hotel is currently undergoing an earthquake retrofit and has scaffolding up all the way to the 12th floor on both sides - Just a visual thing. 2. We had an amazing stay. The staff was very friendly especially Lucy, who truly went above and beyond to help us. Just keep in mind that their office hours are different from a traditional hotel.
