"Room air conditioning thermostats control was broken, so you either have to switch it off to freeze or leave to boil. Didn’t get any sleep on the first night. Water pressure was too weak to reach the shower head. The pillows were smelly and very old. There was a red spot of blood on the duvet. The hotel is not staffed until 3pm and after 10pm. Apart from Liza, other staff are miserable and make you regret asking a question. Avoid this hotel if you can."

"A few staff were rude when problems were addressed as if it were the guests fault. Coffee in 3 places not working and when I asked if I can use the one working the waiter got furious with me because he though I was coming in for breakfast after 10 am. God forbid I ask a question. Parking is terrible. Lot is always full. $22 a day to park which is absurd for guests. Other 4 and 5 star hotels comp or charge half. Current hotel in Berlin I am at is 4 to 5 star and parking is free. Breakfast is ok. Nothing speacial. Scrambled eggs, bread, beans and sausage. Some deli meats."

"Clean rooms but staff member entered room in the middle of the night, highly unprofessional. No compensation offered other than water or juice. Disappointed at the service, but the rooms themselves are decent."

"Very nice hotel , food was good, rooms clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. One VERY disappointing aspect was the service staff, B Singh, specifically. Zero personality and very rude. Interacted twice asking for ice and treated my adult daughter with attitude and front desk staff had to intervene as well. Not a good look for hotel."

"Definitely not premium. More like cost-cutting central. In the restaurant they have ready meals they re-heat and serve to guests. For cleaning you need to request it, and also the small print is to request by 6am. And even checking in, they pass you the task of completing the registration form on a screen. If it saves some a little cost, they’ll do it here. And who cares about guests - they ask irrelevant personal details on the screen form, too like DOB, which you must complete. The staff are good, which is one saving grace. But don’t expect premium. "

"We stayed in the "Comfort Double Room" part of the hotel, and the place was far from 4-star superior quality. It felt like an unmaintained 1980s relic with unpleasant red shag carpet and almost zero soundproofing. The room was objectively dirty and hazardous: Hygiene: There was active mold on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower grout. The toilet had a visible brown biofilm build-up under the rim, and the water faucet was covered in heavy limescale. Expired Food: I found coffee creamers that had expired over 100 days ago (Dec 2025) and minibar chips expired by two months. Security: While we were out, housekeeping took an active key card from our room without explanation. We had to go back to the desk to reprogram everything because we didn't know who had it. Service: Breakfast service was incredibly slow; it took a very long time just to get a coffee. Management provided a partial discount after I showed them the photos, but a refund doesn't fix these health and safety issues. If you book here, be very careful which wing they put you in."

"It was a nightmare trying to communicate prior to my stay. I booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. I was told when I booked that I would need to wait until closer to stay to request rooms close to each other. There is no representative at location so all communication is via email or one time we phoned and the woman was very rude. We finally did get the room locations we wanted but only after having to spend way too much time trying to communicate with host. Rooms were clean. Beds very hard, not comfortable. The pillows were horrible—like having no pillow. No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom as I forgot mine. Fire alarm went off on last night—no hotel representative to communicate with. Not fun standing on n the street at 22:00 after you’ve already gone to bed. Was told by another guest the fire alarm went off 6 days prior as well. I stayed at LimeHome in Memmingen a year ago and it was a lovely place experience. I won’t be staying with LimeHome again. Tried to call the number where we had spoken to the rude woman and my phone said that number would no longer accept calls, I could only text. Unacceptable! "
