"Our room was very clean, shower was amazing. Coffee downstairs was really good. Our air conditioning was not great, couldn't really get our room as cool as we'd like. The elevator smelled like burning electrical, told the staff, they were unconcerned! Other than that everything was good."

"This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem.
