"The view from this apartment is fantastic, and the underground parking great. Within walking distance from a range of grocery stores and restaurants. The functionality of the "kitchen", however, was very limited as there were no bowls, knives or teaspoons. A drying rack for towels or swimwear would also be a good to have."

"God beliggenhed i et lidt mere stille område end centrum af Sarande.
Afløb i bruser virkede ikke, og ved kontakt til receptionen sagde de at det var de godt klar over, så det blev ikke løst. Derfor var der vand over det hele - også ud i gangen og ind på værelset. Døre skraber mod gulvet, formentlig pga. fugt, så det ligner ikke et nyt problem.
En skabslåge sad ikke fast og faldt næsten af.
Dørkarm på badeværelse mangler.
Meget lydt, så naboer med små børn og støj udefra er meget tydeligt....

"This apartment is a great size for a couple or even a family of 4! Our bed was was on a separate level which we loved and we had our own patio space! The grocery store is no more then a 5 minute walk and the main strip was no more then a 20 minute walk! "

"It has been the worst experience of my life. The owner was rude and kept brushing me off kept saying that he was going to show everything and he didn’t we constantly had to ask for more clean towels. The beds were very uncomfortable, constantly had to ask for them to come clean the room. We were told they should come every 3 days to clean that didn’t happen when we requested to leave he lied saying he couldn’t because Expedia had the money we contacted Expedia we were told that they couldn't...

"We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The location is excellent — just about 10 minutes from the city center, which made getting around super easy. The view from our room was lovely, offering a charming look over the city. The room itself was clean, quiet, and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. "We were a bit nervous with only 2 reviews at the time of booking, but we couldn’t be more pleased with the stay! Very clean and all staff very friendly. Pool area very clean and well maintained. Pool bar was on the expensive side, but they have no problem with drinks from shop next door being brought in. Fantastic location for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday, only a short walk along the coast to the lively part of Ksamil. Would definitely be back "

"The entrance of the hotel is not on the street so you have to carry your bag up and down the stairs as an fyi. All service staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. They asked questions about your stay and if you enjoyed your evening. It was a pleasant experience. "

"Cute little hotel in a fantastic location. Definitely splurge on the sea facing rooms, the balcony was the highlight of our stay. I believe it’s run by a husband/wife Albanian duo and staffed by a few of the kindest Pilipino women. Everyone was very helpful.
The beds were very comfortable and beach towels were provided daily.
A few things I would have liked to know before booking or upon check in:
Parking costs extra and is down the street. Not a problem but it was a bit hard to find. A map would have been useful.
The hotel provides passes for beach chairs and the beach down the street. A huge plus and something we loved but a map of how to find it would also have been useful.
It is a bit noisy, walls are thin and music from the bars goes on until about midnight, but wasn’t a huge problem for us.
The door handle of our room was broken the whole time, as was the toilet seat. Not a big problem, both worked well enough but I was surprised that neither were fixed.
