Warm welcoming helpful staff! Really welcoming!
Great convenient spot. Easy to subways at Grand Central. Close, fast, safe. Close to Broadway, Times Square, and downtown. Feels like your own apartment in NYC.

The hotel is very well situated, and we got great service (shoutout to Manuel at reception!). The public areas and the room were all very clean and well maintained. The room doors slam very loudly, and so when other guests leave or arrive early morning or late at night we hear doors slamming. It would be accommodating if complimentary water bottles were replenished daily and not just upon arrival. We would stay there again!

We love this hotel! Our daughter goes to NYU and the location is perfect. Our check in ritual is to head over to Whole Foods and the wine shop on Bowery to stock up the mini fridge. The rooms and common spaces are immaculate. Early complimentary coffee on the Lobby level is so appreciated. Can't wait for our next stay!
