"The hotel location is excellent! Very comfortable and the front desk staff just super helpful and nice. The AC did not work the 1st night but I still gave them 5 stars because the fixed it right away the following morning."

"I decided to stay here last minute to visit Verona. I appreciated being able to check in at 2pm. It was perfect for my overnight stay. It’s a 5 minute walk to Piazza Bra and the Arena where a lot of the tours I booked were scheduled to meet up. I didn’t book breakfast at first but you can just tell the front desk and they’ll add it to your bill at checkout. 6 euros was convenient. Other reviews had mentioned that there was no kettle in the room and agree that would have been convenient, but I got my coffee from the breakfast. I was able to check out in the morning and keep my bags in the lobby. It felt a little weird that the bags were just out there in the open but the front desk staff were always there. My bags were there when I got back :). It was a 15 minute walk to the train station. Super convenient! Recommend."
