Hotel San Marco Fitness Pool & SPA
I don’t think this hotel is 4 star. My room was outdated - no working air con, a shower which didn’t close properly and minimal sound proofing. It was also very noisy at night. The breakfast was great and they did allow me late checkout (at a cost)

Staff extemely friendly and obliging. Helped with general information, getting taxis, advising about buses etc. It was so good to have the little bar with food available at night. The breakfast was sumptuous. The property was elegant and in a perfect location if arriving by train. Also, a nice 15-20 minute walk to the Roman arena and Castelvecchio and bridge.
