"J'ai signaler a la réception le premier jour , que la tringle du volet roulant étais caser, volet de fenêtre fermer, rien n'a étais réparer durant le séjour. Malgré les relances chaque jour. Petit déjeuner pas au niveau des autres hôtels de la chaine : Pas d'œufs brouiller , pas de réassort pendant le temps du petit déjeuner, Jus de fruit glacer ... Néanmoins, personnel accueillant. "

"Very friendly and helpful lady member of staff, hotel was great for an overnight rest whilst travelling down to Italy. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel has secure parking and all at a very reasonable price."

"It is a bit far from the city center, located in an industrial area. I recommend that the reception staff try to speak at least one language in addition to French. Communication was very difficult, and there were many misunderstandings for both Expedia and the guests. At a minimum, English or Spanish would be helpful, as they are the two most widely spoken languages in the world. This would prevent many problems."
