"Room needs mare light. Too dark to get together and do anything. The cleaning people didn’t clean the tables or end tables cause they were dirty and sticky. The toilet paper only had a few squares left to it, so it should have been a new roll on it and there was no Kleenex in the empty box. For the price you pay on weekends it should have been cleaned better"

"My two daughters and I normally stay in 5 star hotels when vacationing. This trip was a last minute getaway to Wisconsin Dells. I looked at different hotels in the area, but most of them were booked and/or slightly higher in cost for the dates we needed. Then I started looking at motels. There were many to choose from, but again we normally don't stay at motels. So, I am looking at all the reviews and one particular motel kept coming up with 4.8 to 5 star reviews. It was the Black Hawk Motel. We booked for a two night stay. The check in process was easy and the front desk staff were exceptional. The grounds are well kept and the rooms were cozy and very clean. We needed extra towels and pillows and the front desk staff had no problems accommodating us. That first night we had an issue with the guest right above us. Loud music, loud noises, it was like they were having a party right over our heads and it was after midnight. I called the front desk phone number and the owner Brad answered. I expressed my concerns and addressed the issue right away with any hesitation. This was beyond exceptional!! Brad and the rest of the staff exemplifies the meaning of great customer service and what it means to welcome in their guest like they are family. My family and I will definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights after walking out of the Super 8 by Wyndham (whole other review...but stay away). We were in one of the rooms in the hotel, not a treehouse, after finding out there was no bathroom or shower in the treehouses. They did have bath houses available but we weren't looking for the "camping" experience so we grabbed a room. Nothing fancy, but adequate for my wife and I and eleven year old grandson. Perfect as a base for everything the Dells has to offer. Friendly staff. And your wristband allows you to use all ameities of the numerous Natura properties in the Dells, inclusing a river beach and a large inflatable water park."

"The staff was very helpful and suggest the best room that fit well with family. Bed and pillow was comfortable. Very quiet to sleep in. The 2 bed seperate from the 1 big bed was great not just that having individual ac unit too. I will totally come back reserve for the same room. I am a happy customer and thank you to the agent that work at the front desk who help suggest and pick this room for us. God bless you!"

Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort

"Rooms: The rooms were very basic; Queen bed, a bunk bed set (so 4 people), small fridge, microwave, small TV, 4 clothes hangers, no dresser but a long shelf under the TV to put suitcases on, pillows were very hard, the kids didn't like the blankets because "they were scratchy", 4 towels and 4 washcloths NOT REPLACED EVERY DAY UNLESS REQUESTED, actually the room is not refreshed each day unless you request it, the room phone didn't work (reported it the day we got there and every day after...it was never fixed/replaced), AND NO WI-FI. The rooms were air conditioned. The Amusement Complex is huge with lots to do! We got parking and a majority of rides (both water and amusement), pools, passes included in the room cost (worth it); Towels at the park were included; food in the park was pretty good and not horribly expensive. LOTS.....AND....LOTS of walking starting with the walk from the various parking lots there were NO TRAMS running when we were there the end of June. I don't know if they run trams from the parking lots to the gates. This amusement park is NOT set-up for the handicapped or elderly with mobility issues. There are scooters available to rent ($55 per day) but there are STAIRS everywhere to get on the rides. We had a great time and wished we had known about no Wi-Fi in the rooms and no trams in the parking lots."
