"This is a little gem of a hotel, pool kept immaculately, nice garden area ,spotlessly clean property and rooms, super helpful staff, a quality breakfast, very short walk to the lake and more, 10 out of 10 in my two stays, thank you"

"The hotel is largely self-service, with automated check-in and check-out via a computer and very little staff presence. Some food items like coffee and jams are available for purchase if needed, although some prices were not clearly displayed. I especially appreciated the complimentary fruit in the lobby. The location is very convenient—close to the lake and supermarkets—though it is a little far from Locarno and many of the best restaurants. The room was clean, modern, and the air conditioning worked very well. A couple of small points could be improved: there was no conditioner provided in the shower, and the TV setup did not make it easy to connect an Apple TV via HDMI because there was no nearby power outlet. Daily cleaning is available for an extra charge, which is somewhat unusual, but I was personally fine with it."

"The location was great. A bit of a walk uphill from Locarno, but the bus ran frequently and the trips were free with the Ticino ticket. The owners were simply amazing--super attentive and helpful and just the nicest people. We stayed on the top floor, with an amazing view. Just be aware the top floor has a shared toilet and shower between 5 rooms. Each room still has sinks however. It was never an issue, and the facilities were spotless. The provided breakfast and coffee were fantastic. Travel costs in Switzerland can be expensive, so this perk was very appreciated. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone else visiting this absolutely stunning city."

"The location was fantastic, only a few minutes from the train station. Surprisingly quiet with my window directly facing the train tracks. It was very clean, quiet and well kept. Automated check in was great and I never needed to contact the staff, other than to get my Ticino Ticket emailed to me. Make sure to use the Ticino discount Ticket at almost any attraction, and all public transit in the Canton. Big news for cat lovers, there is a shy but friendly long hair tabby in the area that wonders around, always a bonus! "

"It was a bit of a faff but one we’d figure it it smoothed out. We managed to check in with our QR code and the room was huge but the best view of the lake! It was very warm in the room and comfortable but the sofa bed was awful! We booked a 4 person room so we could get the view and that did not let us down!!!"
