The staff are really friendly and helpful
The only downside is the parking which uses the shopping centre car park which can get busy and is mostly restricted to vehicles under 1.9 metres high (though this is outside the control of the hotel)"
"It looks nicer on the pictures, they are selling a dream. It was dirty in the hotel area, trash on the ground and some poo in the corridor to the room... In the bathroom some parts of the equipments are falling apart. Thankfully the receptionist was very nice and helpful. In the water park everything was closed except the snack. People didn't dare to go into the water as it was freezing cold. "
