Our room key did not work to let us in from river view area. Had to walk around to side door. Luckily room key worked on that door. Tried to take shower but water barely came out. Good luck with your shower.

Pretty limited gaming. Difficult to find at night. Felt like I had to park a half a mile away.. The room was nice and people were generally friend ly.

We love this property next to the Mississippi river. We have a balcony and we love the view of the Mississippi River. It was awesome. The only complaint we have is the lobby people. They're not to friendly other than that everything was perfect. Thank you.

Ethel at the front desk was very helpful. We told her we were passing through to see the eclipse in Little Rock and she went above and beyond to print out the eclipse times. She had it out under our door with a sweet note wishing us a “totally” great time.

The room was dirty and dusty and an old, used, hairy soap was left in the shower. The towels felt like they had sand in them. It was noisy and the check in and out crew were rude. They were not helpful.

Traveling through the property, every employee was very friendly and and expressed gratefulness at being at their property. Rooms were very comfortable for relaxing, clean and did not need extra attention.

The Staff is top tier. It was a guy checking me in n we got to talking about books. He was a complete delight n his energy was great, the woman with him had me laughing! I really needed that interaction! The hotel is clean and accommodating. One of my top picks in Vicksburg

I usually stay at Ameristar, but it has gotten very run down, even the casino. I was pleasantly surprised with the condition, room size and casino here! Much nicer!

Parking was a nightmare no designated parking for the hotel nor was there valet. The room we were in ending in 03 was on the backside of the elevator shaft and very noisy and ran up and down non stop could not get any rest.
