"The property is beautiful, staff are outstanding and anything is possible just ask for it. My sandals sole went undone due to the heat and the staff fixed them within 20 mins. Amazing service. Only points are that the chalettes are not noise isolating so you hear everything around you and humidity smell is real. But it is a great place and amazing value for money."

"Overall, I had an excellent experience at the Dzimbahwe Guest Lodge. Five Stars. During my trip to Zimbabwe Victoria Falls, I stayed here three nights. The room was always clean, comfortable, and felt safe. The room also had a nice little refrigerator and a nice TV and a lot, and I mean a lot of closet space. The room was spacious, a lot of light and I felt very at home. I did not need a fancy upscale lodge and I have to say the price was extremely reasonable. What really stood out was the staff — everyone I interacted with, housekeeping, bellmen, and reception was polite, friendly, and helpful-Grace and Anne. I want to mention specifically Knowledge – he was extra kind to me during my stay. Hospitality will be remembered. When I’m back in Zimbabwe one day, which I hope is soon, I’ll definitely be staying at the Dzimbahwe Guest lodge again. For the quality and service, the price is very reasonable. "
