"We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Cabo while celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary! From the moment we drove onto the property, the staff greeted us with such warmth and friendliness, and that hospitality continued throughout our stay. The room was clean and updated. We were especially thankful for all the thoughtful little gestures that made our anniversary feel extra special—from the banner on our door to the beautiful white chocolate-covered strawberries. Those personal touches truly meant so much to us. The property was beautiful, the service exceptional, and our stay was everything we hoped for as we celebrated such a special milestone. We left Cabo with amazing memories and are already looking forward to visiting again!"

"This was probably the best trip we have ever had as a family! The staff was so nice, helpful, friendly I mean all of the above! We all talked about how we will definitely be coming back! Huge shout out to Hazel from reception so sweet and helpful, Isidro the waiter for making sure our family of 15 always sat next to each other and roxana for overall being so helpful 24/7 I mean amazing woman she the main reason we are coming back!"

"Overall a good stay of your looking for relaxation and not much to do. Property is clean and scenery is beautiful. We stayed in a treehouse and upgraded to an “air conditioned” one, but it wasn’t much help when the room was still very open air. We made it through given this is a very hot season, but I was not a fan of the small ants that were in the beds ,sink, and sheets. We made do, but I’ll probably opt out of treehouse stay the next time :) Not being familiar with the property besides what we saw on line, didn’t realize one of the 2 pools was for villa guests but it was the one that was nearest the cold plunge. Also no access to gym. Just little things I wish could have been described more or option to upgrade more up front. Majority of staff was great, we did encounter a few that were just very serious and not super friendly at the jungle pool. We travel to Mexico frequently and friendly staff is all we encounter so it threw us off a bit. BUT- Gael was amazing and every single one of his recommendations hit the point. The staff in Fausto’s were also great to visit every morning."
