You get what you pay for it suited our needs the apartment could do with a little updating but it was perfectly fine would stay again good communication from hotel only issue was 1000 check out

We loved everything. The place was big, cozy, clean, with all you need in kitchen, comfortable bed and everything you want from an apartament. It’s also near of market, tram station, parking place if you came with the car. And the team was very nice, happy to help us and patient. We definetly recommend this place!!

Yes to experienced travellers
No receptionist, no elevator , we were on the 3rd floor , seniors not to be happy, close to train, and super maket, cooked breakfast and some suppers, Staying there again , I would , but for first timers very confusing. No maps , no assistance only via emails, 15 minutes to town square via train.

Although appartement was reserved for four people, was prepaired only for two. We had to make several phone calls (on our costs, of course) to get another chair, blankets, sheets to mede second bed... Protected sheet was very dirty (bloodstained etc...).Windows haven`t been cleaned several years, I assume. It is a pity as otherwise the appartement was new equipped, kitchen and bathroom was great...Location of the appartement was as well great - very close to U-bahn, it takes about 10 minutes to come to city centre, there was enough parking places near hotel.

even though this apartment is a little bit far away from the center, it is close to train station and Billa. I love the kitchen there, a really fully furnished a partment - good for a couple or even with a child. wifi is great. The whole building is not modern and you have to inform the check in time in advance.

+ near to U3 metro line - very noisy fans in toilet and bathroom - horrible bed with completely not acceptably pillows !!!!! Worst then from Carboot sale or charity shop. We woke up few times during the nights and morning had a backache and headache.

Enjoy having noisy neighbours?
If you enjoy noisy neighbours and listening to all night parties, then this is the apartment for you. After returning after a busy day sightseeing, you could listen to banging noises and loud booming music through the night. Our last night in the apartment was particularly interesting.The apartment was however clean and located conveniently for transport back into the centre of Vienna. A welcome booklet on the area and how to use appliances in the apartment would have been handy.

Little studio had everything.. Perfect little room for even an extended stay in Vienna. I recommend the apartment taxi service!! Even though there's no reception desk, as long as you email your arrival time, someone will be there to give you the key.

Perfect for the budget traveller
Rented the small studio apartment for a week, and was very pleased with the apartment's quality and cleanliness. Had a washer/dryer unit (display instructions only in German, bring a dictionary), dishwasher (very nice!), small stovetop, plasma tv and wireless internet. Perfect for my needs, very close to Ottakring U-Bahn, and the place was spotless. Important notes though; make sure to contact the office prior to arrival, you will need to arrange a key pickup. THIS IS IMPORTANT, I was forced to wait an hour before getting my key, and if I didn't have an Austrian phone I would have been in big trouble; staff were very friendly and helpful though. Neighbourhood is ok, quiet/no problems, but may seem a little dodgy for the female traveler (fine for me). If quiet is important get an apartment above the first floor. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice apartment
The apartment is small but very nice and the space was used very good. It was very clean although the walls could need a new paint job, but that isn't too much. The apartment had everything you need, even including dish soap and sponge! The closest underground, bus and tram stations are less then 5 minutes of walk, and the parking garage is even closer, maybe 200m distant. Keys handover was done as agreed.

Gillade i stort lägenheten, soffan i vardagsrummet var dock inte fräsch. Det var städat i lägenheten men de höll på att riva ett hus bredvid och byggdammet låg över hela golvet. Vi saknade köksutrustning så som skärbräda och vinglas. Bra med tvätt- och diskmaskin.

意外な程、快適だったアパートメントホテル
外観が古いため、中に入るまでは少し不安がありました。ところが借りたお部屋はリニューアルされていて綺麗で、清潔で、設備も整っていて満足でした。白を基調とした壁に緑系のデザインが施されていて清々しい感じ。キッチン設備もシャワールームも、大きめのベッドも清潔感があり、気持ちよく生活することが出来ました。WiFiも問題なく使え、LANケーブルに対応してないモバイルPCでも情報の収集が容易にでき、助かりました。最初、鍵の受け渡し時刻が５分刻みなので、申し込んでいた時刻に到着できるか心配していたのですが、トラブルもなくチェックインできて安心しました。建物自体の防音性も高く、ツアーで泊まる有名ホテルよりリラックスして眠ることができました。オッタークリング駅にも近く、ウィーンの中心部へのアクセスも良く、アパート周辺にはスーパーなどの生活用品店もあり、長期滞在しながらウィーンの文化財や史跡、美術館、音楽を楽しむにはもってこいの宿だといえるでしょう。総合評価で５にならなかったのは、建物に入ってから（建物自体の出入り口にも鍵がある）お部屋までの通路が照明がなく夜は真っ暗なこと。予約時にExpediaのスタッフが「空港まで30ユーロぐらいで送迎サービスしてもらえる」と言っていたのに、公式HPに質問したら「No」だったこと。この２つが残念だった点でした。機会があればリピーターになると思います。

Geen Hotel, maar normaal woonappartement!
Dit is een normaal appartement in een complex met voornamelijk goedkope huurappartementen, welke gewoon als woonhuis worden verhuurd. Het appartement was netjes en modern en zag er goed uit, alleen is er slechts een tweepersoonsbed en een uitklap bank in tegenstelling tot de vier normale bedden die ons werden beloofd! Het complex daarin tegen is gewoonweg oud, smerig en het stinkt. Er is 's nachts geen licht in de vrij lange gang. Het staat ook niet in een al te beste wijk. Er is een goede en goedkope parkeergarage om de hoek en de metro zit vlakbij. Bij het appartement is echter niets te vinden, op een kroeg en een simpel Italiaans restaurantje na. Je moet minimaal 1 uur vooraf bellen, zodat iemand de sleutel komt brengen. Dit was ons niet tijdig gemeld, dus wij hebben drie kwartier staan wachten. Het appartement is prima als je een paar dagen met 1 á 2 personen wil verblijven en er zakelijk bent of 's morgens met de metro naar het centrum wilt en pas 's avonds weer terug komt, want het is niet echt duur. Als je ook wat in de omgeving wilt of meer vakantiegangers om je heen wilt, is dit niet aan te raden.

es sind keine Bügel im Schrank, es gibt keine Leselampe am Bett, es fehlt eine Tür zum Flur (Außenflurgeräusche), es gibt zu wenig Haken zum Aufhängen (Waschbeutel im Bad z.B.), es fehlt eine Teekanne, sonst sehr gute Aufteilung, freundliches Personal, gute Lage

Non mi sono trovata bene in questo appartamento perchè non era come me lo aspettavo. La pulizia era davvero molto approssimativa e il ragazzo che ci ha portato le chiavi era in ritardo e non mi ha trattato assolutamente con cordialità. E' vicino alla metro ma non ci ritornerei assolutamente!!!

appartement non disponible à notre arrivée (ménage en train de se faire: attente 1 heure paiement obligatoire en liquide, pas de possibilité de régler par CB literie sentant très mauvais détritus, bouteilles vides, etc dans les tiroir et placards frigo sale aucun produits de nettoyage ni d'éponges ou serpillières vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine au minimum(pas de saladier par exemple) four et machine à laver ne fonctionnant pas bien

Empfang sehr schlecht - bezahlt haben wir mit Creditkarte bei Buchung trotzdem bei Empfang hat Angestellte von uns Bar verlangt!!! Sauberkeit sehr schlecht, ganz gut Verkehr Verbindung bis zum Centrum.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage
Mussten leider über eine halbe Stunde auf die Schlüsselübergabe warten. Die Wohnung war aber gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Wohnung liegt neben einer Schule, war aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Gute Erreichbarkeit der U Bahn Stationen. Wir würden die Wohnung auch ein zweites mal buchen. Eine Grundausstattung an Spühlmaschinentabs, Schwamm und Toilettenpapierrollen war vorhanden. Die Pfanne in der Küche könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Leider kein Backofen. Küche und Bad ziemlich neu.

punkt1: problemlose anreise da das hotel bzw apartment nur ca. 200m von der nächsten u-bahn station entfernt ist. punkt2: der freundliche mitarbeiter war pünktlich zu der vereinbarten zeit beim apartment. punkt3: das apartment ist in einem sehr guten zustand, hochwertige inneneinrichtung, lediglich die klobrille wackelte sehr.

Das Apartement ist gut gelegen. Heuriger, Biergarten und U-Bahn-Station fußläufig. Übergabe der Schlüssel und Bezahlung nach telefonischer Ankündigung ohne Probleme. Recht modern (Ikea) eingerichtete Räume mit Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine usw. Ein Schlafraum war mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet, allerdings mit gewöhnungsbedürftigen Kopfkissen, die aus anderen günstigen Hotels bekannt sind. Zweites Bett war ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, das für Erwachsene ungeeignet ist (hängt durch, extrem weiche "Matratze", für unsere Kinder (8 Jahre) aber ok.Leider nur 3 Stühle für den Esstisch. Sauberkeit eher unterdurchschnittlich. Kleine Ameisenstrasse im Wohnzimmer bei unserer Ankunft, alte, "muffende" Handtücher noch in der Waschmaschine, Oberschränke im der Küche nicht sauber.

Wynajęliśmy apartament na 4 dni byliśmy zadowoleni z jakości i czystości za taką cenę. Łazienka: prysznic, pralka osobno wc. Kuchnia: lodówka, kuchenka mikrofalowa, zmywarka, 2-pal płyta elektryczna, czajnik, toster, ekspres przelewowy. Pokój z dużym łożem małżeńskim a w drugim narożnik 2os. Tv LED 32" i bezprzewodowy dostęp do Internetu. Idealny dla moich potrzeb na ten czas. Ważna uwaga!!! Aby skontaktować się z biurem przed przyjazdem, będzie trzeba zorganizować odbioru kluczy.Personel był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Okolica jest w porządku, spokojnie i bez problemów. Jeśli będzie potrzeba na pewno zatrzymamy się tam ponownie.

Miserabler Service. Gute Lage zu Wilhelminenspital
Negativ von Anfang bis zum Schluß: checkin trotz zeitgerechter Ankündigung nur per Telefon, aus Zeitmangel des Personals aber Kassieren dann noch gegen Mitternacht! Apartment komplett verdreckt, Staubwolken und Essensreste am Boden. Betten nicht frisch überzogen, nur glattgestrichen, voller Haare. Nach Beschwerde Ersatzwohnung beinahe in gleichem Zustand. Kein Liftschlüssel vorhanden bei Wohnung im 4.Stock, Waschmaschine ohne angekündigten Wäschetrockner, auf Reklamation dann Wäscheständer geliefert. Waschbecken völlig verstopft, Kaffeekanne zerbrochen, Koch- und Ess-Geschirr schmutzig, neben der Deckenlampe nur 1 kaputte Stehlampe, keine Nachtkästchen, keine Bettlampen etc. etc.! Nach Endreklamation "großzügiger" Discount von Euro 45,- gewährt (nach 6 Tagen Aufenthalt)!

There is everything you might need in this aparment, from free and high speed Wi-Fi to washing maschine to coffee machine to even a little fork. The apartment was so clean (but unfortunately the sinks in the toilet and bath were a bit little and there was a problem with flowing water) and so quiet. The location might seem a bit disadvantageous but there are lots of public transport stations near the apartment. You can easily get whereever you want. Also there are chain markets near the building.

Viel Platz für wenig Geld
Die Lage des App. im EG mit Fenstern zum Park gut. Leute die es gerne ruhig haben sollten ein App in den oberen Stöcken wählen. Das App. ist wirklich groß und bietet mehr als genug Platz. In einem Hotel bezahlt man für eine Suite ähnlicher Größe sicher das 4-5 fache.

Klein aber fein! Tolles Apartment!
Super Apartment. Klein aber fein. Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung, kommt eben drauf an was man erwartet, aber für einen Kurztrip vollkommen ausreichend, ist kein Apartment für einen Wellnessurlaub oder um sich länger auf dem Zimmer aufzuhalten, aber zum schlafen, essen, duschen einfach perfekt. U Bahn Station ist gleich um die Ecke und die Innenstadt mit der U Bahn in 15 min. zu erreichen (wenn nicht eher 10 min., ohne umsteigen). Mit der Schlüsselübergabe hat auch alles super geklappt. Parkplätze sind vor der Tür, wenn nicht gibt es auch ein Parkhaus um die Ecke (3 EUR für 24 Std.), Wlan funktionierte tadellos. Ich würde hier immer wieder her kommen!
