Beautiful apartment, quiet, close to the centre
Beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet area just a few steps from the local underground. The apartment was spotless, warm and comfortable with everything we needed. Communication was great with everything we needed to collect the key provided, a nice page of welcome information and a contact number if needed (we didn’t). The wi-fi was good. It really felt very decadent to have this whole beautiful apartment to ourselves. It was the perfect base to explore a beautiful, welcoming city.

Commincating with Sonja was very easy, she kindly let us leave our luggage there on the last day until we left Vienna. The apartment is outside the centre of Vienna but in easy walking distance to the centre and there is a underground station 2 min away on U2 and U4 lines. It's a lovley apartment and very warm. We didn't do any cooking but it seemed to be well enough equipped.

Very large apartment in traditional style (high ceilings, double doors). Felt good to come back to after a long day exploring. Sonja kindly gave us instructions how to get there from the airport which made it very easy as U bahn station is yards away from the apartment. Slept well. Kitchen well equipped but we couldn’t find the corkscrew! Thank you for a lovely stay

Great location, and having a kitchen and washing machine was amazing!! The only critique would be that thd kitchen plates need replacing as many were chipped/cracked, and the kitchen could be a little cleaner.

This apartment is very clean and spacious all amenities are within 10 minutes walk. The subway line just by the apartment will take you all over Vienna. There’s a local market near by that you can dine and buy fresh produce called “katmelitermarkt”, Spark supermarket and Bipa for all cosmetics products these are all in same area and closed to each other. If you are arriving on Sunday most of the stores are closed. I bough our own shampoo and body soap. The rest we that need are all in the apartment.

Great place to stay at Vienna. My family stayed here for 3 nights. Very neat and spacious apartment for the entire family. The Apartment manager is very responsible and helpful to provide directions for us on transportation and places to go. We enjoyed our stay very much and for sure will return again next time.

This apartment was great! You get quite a bit of space for the cost. There is a grocery store and a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The more touristy area is a 15 minute or so walk from the apartment location. A subway stop is just at the end of the street.

The property was spacious and comfortable. It is very close to a Metro station and so proved to be a great location for getting around the city. We had a problem with a fuse and the management were very helpful and responsive. Would recommend this anyone wishing to stay in Vienna.

Quick version--I'll go back to Vienna in a few years. When I do, I'll check to see if this property is available first. That's the best recommendation I can give. The apartment is in an older building but all the amenities are up to date. This makes the apartment feel homey and comfortable. The apartment has WiFi and air conditioning. Location is excellent. Schottenring U2 station is 50 meters from the door and you can get to the Schottenring U4 station on the other side of the canal by walking through the Underground station. There's a Billa grocery store within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) The landlords are wonderful. They're available by phone or text if you have questions. It's VERY important that you contact the landlord two days before you arrive. There's no check-in desk. There's a key kiosk at the front door. When you contact the landlord, they'll explain how the kiosk works. Once you get your key, you're steps away from your home in Vienna.

The apartment was well located next to a metro stop. It was spacious. It was well furnished. The only thing we were really missing was toiletries. We had to purchase shampoos, conditioners, soaps.

If you visit Vienna... Search no more!!! This is the best place to stay without a doubt!!! I was searching for days and i found this gem! Big appartment, super clean, fully equipped, with a cute balcony and decoration that dives you into the Viennese vibe from the moment you open the door! Approx 10 minutes from the center and 1 minute to the subway! Supermarket is almost 5 min away! I am a frequent traveller and i am feel very confident to say that this is one of the best apartments i have ever stayed! Keep up the amazing work!

This is my second time staying here and I highly recommend. It feels like a home away from home. The apartments are great and have everything you need for your stay. The decor and furniture are older, with traditional Viennese charm but all the appliances and windows and and such are new and in great condition. Also, the owners are super nice and give clear instructions.

Everything was exceptionally great! Sonja has gone over and beyond and offered early check-in, free room upgrade, kept our luggage longer for late flight. It was clean a very roomy apartments. Highly recommended for everyone visiting Vienna.

Check in was really easy even without a front desk. Owners very responsive to emails. The chocolates and bottle of wine with Christmas card on the table was a really nice welcome gesture. The location of this place was excellent - close to the train but also easy walking distance to the city. There were written instructions for the wifi, in the apartment, which was very helpful. On check out, we needed to store our luggage until late afternoon and a secure locked area in the building was made available for this purpose, which we appreciated hugely. The following issues were disappointing but could be easily fixed with better quality control. Two light bulbs not going, one over the table and one in the kitchen. The toaster didn't work. No instructions for using the washing machine Previous occupants rubbish still in the bathroom bin Dust bunnies behind the bedroom door Sink plug in the bathroom is broken Filter coffee machine was not that clean and there were no papers for it so we couldn't even make a coffee when we got there. (we left our filter papers there for the next guests). The bed linen is thin and shabby with the bottom of the duvet covers not being able to be closed. The pillows are very small and thin. Pretty much all of this could be easily fixed and attention to these details would have made a big difference to my review.

Amazing location to tour Vienna. The entrance to the subway is right outside the front door. Toilet separate from sink and shower is also convenient for families. The updated kitchen had all the needed appliances and cookware

Awesome trip to Vienna
We had a very comfortable stay! The apartment was clean and well prepared. Location is great, especially with a subway station entrance literally steps away from the front door! The hostess was very helpful, organized and prompt to respond. The only reason I am giving some scores lower than Excellent is because bed linens seemed worn and ripped in places and blankets were short even for an average height person.

It was literally 1 min walk to the subway station and that gets you everywhere, you can see the River Danube from the window. The apartment is so nice, all the furnitures are vintage, really beautiful. Almost felt like I time traveled to 100 years ago. I loved this property! Thank you hermine apartment!

Very nice stay for 5 days.
The flat itself was very nice and my host provided excellent information in making my stay very enjoyable. The proximity to the Metro line is outstanding! If you choose, a brisk 15 min walk along the waterfront and you're right in the thick of all the action at Stephanplatz. It's an old building that has gone through a major renovation. There was a bit of a funky musty smell in the corridors, but nothing in my flat. My flat could have used a bit better vacumming, but the hardwood floors helped keep my allergies in check. If you like to keep a window open, be aware that there is a major police station just across the waterway and you will be very fortunate not to here sirens, coming and going at all times. With the outside doors closed, you hear nothing.

Absolutely fantastic apartment!! Close to the metro, spacious and comfortable! Important to note: there was no shampoo or body wash... But both were easily found at a local market.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, very spacious and has everything you need (just no cooking basics in the kitchen like oil, there was salt but no pepper). Is very well positioned - near a small supermarket, restaurants & bars and the U-bahn. We were also allowed to check-in very early (after the NightJet before 11am), which was really handy. The only was that the mattress in the main bedroom was not very comfortable, if you don't like hard mattresses. It may just be that hard mattresses are fairly common in Austria as the place we stayed in after Vienna also had really hard mattresses.
