Suite is perfect. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Close to the water. Going into Innerstadt is easy. Bunch of groceries nearby. Good value and family friendly.

Parking is in the building next door, so take your luggage before you park! The elevator is in a courtyard outdoors, so if it rains, you will get wet. Elevator only goes to every second floor, so you may have to carry your suitcase up a half flight of stairs. The toilet is in a separate room that’s very small — knees hit the door. But the remaining rooms were spacious and the kitchen well stocked.

Staff was pleasant. Beds were comfortable, blackout roll shutters were excellent, wifi was good and air conditioning worked great. It wasn’t fancy, but rooms were set up nicely. I would consider staying again.

This was a last-minute choice and I chose it because of its excellent rate. It turns out that this hotel offers rooms that are far superior to any of the other options I could have chosen (for more $$!). The room was very modern, with a more or less complete kitchen, wonderful bed, amazing bathroom/shower, and lovely little table. Would definitely recommend!

Unremarkable. Location was 10 minute walk from rail stop. Hotel is in a mixed use building with residents and hotel rooms. I would use it again but only if other options were not available.

The room was spacious. It is a few minute walk to the train station that will take you to all of the major destinations in Vienna. The decor is dated and I can only speak to my room on the level “0”, but it smelled strongly of mildew. Price was a bit high I think for the value, but overall it suited our needs.

Good location for River Danube

Near Underground U1and Bus Stop Near Train Station...Pratersten Near River Danube and walk comfortably However I have 2 days early morning trips and i requested the buffet breakfast be packed in meal box but they cannot prepare for it

On arrival we already wanted to check-out as the area and facilities were very basic. There isn’t a restaurant in the hotel just a corner where there is a coin coffee machine, sofa and book shelf with kiosk machine for snacks. The room was quiet with a mini kitchenette complete with electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, sink and coffee/tea machine. The toilet was small and located opposite the shower/sink room which had a dangerously located vanity wall cabinet over hanging the bathroom sink, so beware you don’t cut your forehead open when cleaning your teeth (talking from experience). There is yet another small door with closet which has a safe fitted on a wooden shelf so easily removed by thief. There isn’t any cafes close by but plenty of mini-supermarkets, lots of pizza/kebab styles take always, barbers, tattoo & nail salons. The metro stations (two of them) are beyond the church gardens and getting to the main attractions straightforward once you understand which side of the street you need to be. The neighbourhood was not what I was expecting for Vienna with lots of people begging and sleeping rough by the church doors and people rummaging for food in the bins, it is a great pity that the area and people are being neglected. So not recommended and locate yourself closer to the main attractions.

Stay Away From This Hotel. They are misleading by FOUR ****”, it’s a cheap 1* hotel. This was absolutely below standard for Best Western or any franchise chain. Located in rundown and unsafe armed, ugly hotel conditions, safety was a big concern, quality of room / amenities / bedding were below standard. I will never recommend this hotel.

Bis auf das kleine Spülbecken im Badezimmer, worüber viel Wasser ausgelaufen ist, war das Zimmer mit meinem Sohn schön geräumig und komfortabel. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem. Sehr gute Anbindung zur U-Bahn und viele Spots zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen waren reichlich vorhanden. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Beim nächsten Wien-Urlaub bin ich gerne wieder dort.
