Shared, noisy apt, unresponsive service
The advertised “3 BR apartment” covers 1 room in a shared flat, which was not stated clearly. Impossible to sleep after 5:30 due to noisy floors above. Also, a wide gap under the room’s door allowed in noise from other tenants and the apartment’s clothes dryer, which was apparently being used by the cleaning staff. When there was no hot water and I informed them that the water heater’s display showed a flashing wrench sign, they hesitated to send a technician, asking me to send a video first. They promised to keep me informed but forgot to inform me that they had not sent a technician yet. It took them 24 h to send one. When I informed them that the bathtub drain was slow, they promised that I would never experience that in the future while at the same time not seeming to understanding what I meant (again asking for a video). How can they so lightly make such a promise when they don’t know what the problem is?
