Even though the room was clean, there were people smoking outside the property and the smell penetrated the room big time. Other guests were very noisy (talking loudly until 5 am or so). It appeared that the TV had been broken for a long time. No internet. Yes, there’s free parking on the street but only between 10 pm and 9 am. The price was good, and the place served the purpose. Not sure if I would stay there again though.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Room was dirty. Cold with very bad heating. The room was smelling of mold and cigarettes. The bed sheets where dirty, the towels as well (even tho they where 2.50€ per towel). The walls were dirty also windows were dirty, everything was as the building was abandoned. The toilets where shared and stinking of urine and dirty. There was mold on toilet paper. There was no front desk/reception so there is nobody to complain to. Also we didn’t stay both nights as we planned because of the accommodation. We planned on staying 2 whole days in Vienna but we stayed only one due to the lack of accommodation. This is very bad picture for both Hotels.com app and Camelot hotels. As for the “villa” owners I don’t even think that they care at all.
