What an amazing and charming place, it worths every penny spent.

This is a very well presented hotel which is clean andf well appointed. The hotel also has a good location close to an underground station giving good access to the city centre. On the downside breakfast was very busy and the layout of the food counters did not allow for a flow of customers so there were a lot of people criss crossing each other. In our room the tea/coffee/milk were mot replenished until we had been in the room for three days. For all this we would stay there again.

We stayed there for five nights and the side towards the street can be a bit louder due to the train, but we were not really bothered by it. The room didn't had a refrigerator and was on the smaller end. In general very cozy, and nice clean, new bathroom.

A little bit further from the city center but accessible via tram or train. I would say in a quieter area of the city. The room itself was clean and a good size. Has a nice entry way for coats and shoes. Has a dresser that serves as a coffee station. Has a clean and spacious bathroom with a rain shower. Even has a small sitting area. Breakfast was included with booking and they had a decent spread but it was the same for the days we were there so not much variety. Maybe they have a weekly rotation? I can't be sure. Giving 4 star because we did not have the most welcoming reception on arrival. I perceived it as blunt and unfriendly. Could only assume this is a cultural or social difference?
