Great stay, very clean, good breakfast, staff service oriented, great location for underground transportation (4 minutes walk to the station) and you go everywhere from there. Just a note that hotel location is like isolated, there is not too much activity around, but it was not needed, you are 12-15 minutes from the city using the subway.

Good location, just 5 minutes from the metro. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay, with a typical European selection. However, staying 4 nights and having the room cleaned only once due to hotel policy was disappointing.

The hotel was very clean and i felt very secured since you need the room key to get in elevator to get to any room. Also the breakfast was exceptional. There was a lot of variety and everything was very good.

Great hotel , staff were excellent , friendly and helpful !! Breakfast was fantastic , so much choice and fresh . Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Only downfall was the location was a bit far from city center which you know when you book. But great little restaurants and cafes nearby !

Hotel was very nice. Clean room. We had a king size bed. Water kettle to make tea and coffee in the room. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion were nice amenities. Breakfast was very good, and lots of options. Convenient parking on site. The only thing to make note. We knew it was 35 euros to use the hotel parking lot, but were not told that we didn't just pay when in our car at the parking gate. So, make a note to pay inside before leaving. Other than that minor hiccup, our experience was lovely.

Staff very helpful, very clean hotel ,nice lobby to sit down and relax ,good air con in rooms ,bed very comfy. Prices at bar were a bit pricey for water and minerals but cheap for beer.public toilets in hotel were very clean. 10 mins on train to get to town ,would recommend this hotel for a stay in vienna
