This property was cute and affordable. It had a great location near their subways and lots of stores. Our room happened to have a lot of ants and the shower was clogged when we got there which made the whole place smell terrible. Other than the smell it was a nice place to stay.

Good place to stay
The hotel location is reasonably good. I came to Vienna by bus, and left by air. It is a 7 or 8- minute walk to the hauptbahnhof (from which the OBB operates a train to the airport every 30 minutes), and if you have luggage, you can take the O-tram, which reduces the walk to one block.
While not fancy, the hotel provides a basic but comfortable room for sleeping.
Small room and bedroom, but modern and clean.
Was bit hard to find and you het the codes to enter only on the day of the overnight by email.
If you need only to sleep, this is your hotel.

the location was good. within walking distance from central station. be sure to check your email beforehand to get your own pin code to go through entrance. there is no reception or no one to help you with.
I didn’t receive prior to arriving any check-in details although they didn’t have any reception to welcome guests. Luckily, the cleaning lady was present and she assisted. The place is good to stay for a night, thin walls as well. I wouldn’t recommend to lodge there for more than a night.

Central apartment in Venice.
Reasonable priced apartment in central Vienna.
Clean small room, apparently newly renovated, if you overlook the apparent use of unskilled labour in the renovation it's a nice, albeit small apartment.
Ok bathroom.
AC wasn't working, but the manager was super fast in getting looked at. Great!
Onlie check-in, which honestly is a pain, especially when you're forced to use WhatsApp.
Worth the stay if you get the room at a low to medium rate.

The main door was difficult to find and then it was difficult to decide which buttons to press to gain access
The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good. The wi- fi worked well but I couldn't get the TV to work at all.
The rules were extensive & restrictive and there was nothing in the room to welcome visitors.

Close to Wien Hauptbahnhof and local supermarkets, restaurants easy to move around, didn’t felt unsafe at all, mattress is good, the place was clean, they got TV and air conditioning including Netflix.
However the shower had no water pressure, this bothered me a lot, I found the toilet to be very small and the sink so small too, the curtain was broken and this was reflecting the sun in the morning, forcing us to wake up earlier than needed.
Would I stay again ? No, I’d be probably be looking for something more spacious and with good water pressure.
I saw quite a few people that gave a bad review about this property but I enjoyed my stay there. Everything worked out well with the codes to the doors and the check-in process. The only two small negatives was that the television didn't work that well when trying to watch YouTube but that's what my phone is for. Also the shower did not drain easily so the shower pan would fill up with water. But for the price and location and comfort it was fine and I am quite picky lol.

Does anyone care?
The room was small but that was not surprising for the price. It was clean. It is convenient to the HBF. The internet reception was spotty but usually worked. There is no desk so make sure you contact them ahead of time. It would be fine for one person who does not need high quality internet. It was awkward for two people.
What was disappointing was the lack of concern for the room. It was clean and completely functional, but seemed like no one cared about the material condition of the room. The windows were screwed shut which was good for the winter. However one still leaked cold air. The other one had expanding foam that expended out to make an unsightly mess. There were two very small 'floating' side tables next to the bed. But they were useless. They were barely large enough to hold two coffee cups and both had been damaged and bent down so that anything set on them would just slide off. There was a hole in the wall where they had worked on the plumbing. The towel hanger was not appropriate for where it was hanging. While the room was clean and fully functional, it seemed that no one really cares about how it looks. It is not the standard that I would expect in Austria.

Avoid - Lack of communication
Good:
The room was clean and close to main train station.
Bad:
This is not a hotel, but set of rooms rented over internet. There is no reception. All communication is virtual, and there the big problem is. Messages are all predefined, and they contradict each other. First message says the check in instructions will be sent the day of checkin, then several messages arrive with text "the checkin instructions are now available on the link previously provided" but no link was provided. Confusing. Nobody replies to messages sent either via hotels.com or Whatsapp number mentioned as contact in the first message. Whatsapp number was last active two months ago. Instructions mentions Covid, assuming not being updated it in the past two three years.
There's no internet/wifi available.
The bathroom reeked of sewage (it was barely possible to breathe there) and it penetrated to the room.
I was in a tiny room that used to be an attic. The floor was covered in dust and there was a random loud buzzing sound that would go off every couple minutes. It has what I need but is not the cleanest, and the bedding was uncomfortable.
