Best best best I love it. Super comfy clean and feel like 5 starts hotel. Price is super cheap. Staff was friendly. They had AC, clean room even detox water. I loved it. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Lovely, out of city centre but near to U-BAHN and Vienna Meidling stations. Also v close to Schönbrunn and lots of options for eating nearby.
Clean, and although no tea and coffee making opportunity in the room, we were given a kettle on request.
Fantastic hotel. Lovely staff - so helpful and friendly. Great facilities. Room lovely and comfortable. Conveniently located close to two stations. Would happily stay here again.
This was a great hotel for Vienna it was very conveniently close to the metro and close to restaurants for a nearby meal. The beds were very comfortable, staff was helpful and the breakfast was perfect. I do love a good breakfast at a hotel.
Great location at an amazing value, safe, close to train, buses, etc, very clean super friendly staff.. room is very large and bathroom very large and modern
affordable while its have good public transportation access, and very clean.
the only thing was not updated on Expedia is the parking fee which in Expedia website its 7Euros while in the hotel they charges 10 Euros for a car parking
Lovely hotel easy to get to the centre via the underground. A local hofer and cheap restaurants close.
Spacious room with large bathroom (shower no bath).
Wish there was a fridge.
The location of the hotel was excellent and near 2 metro stations. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good.
The room was spacious and clean but it lacks a boiler and slippers.
The stay was good as a whole.
The hotel is in a good location for access to the city centre (close to 3 underground stations) and there are numerous shops, supermarkets & restaurants within a very easy walking distance. Rooms are functional and clean & the air conditioning was very welcome. Breakfast could be better. Hot items were cold. Expensive for what's provided. Staff are friendly & efficient.
As advertised. Easy transport links. Clean spacious room.

Definitely not a “luxury hotel” - the price would also tell you that, at least. The value for money is probably below average even though it’s somewhat cheap. 4 stars, never ever. My room did technically have air conditioning, but it did not work properly and was unable to cool the room. The wifi signal was so bad in my top corner room, it was completely useless. The bathroom is kinda weird; for example, the sink tap is placed so that you can barely fit your hands under it. You can hear every sound both outside the hotel and in the hallway, isolation is quite bad. The bed is very soft, you really sink into it, which some people have a problem with. Cleaning wasn’t terrible but also not great, some things could be cleaner. There is absolutely no facility expected of a 4 star hotel, that’s a straight up lie. 2 stars would be accurate, since other 3-star hotels nearby have better facilities. On the plus side, it’s near Schönbrunn and public transport. Also, the staff seemed nice and helpful enough. However, I would definitely spend a bit more and choose a different hotel.
