The room was good size and had a nice patio. The air conditioning was not working well enough. We were on the 7th floor and it would not cool the room. The front desk staff tried, but there was nothing they could do. It was 80 degrees F outside and it just could not keep up. I would not stay here if the temperature was above 65 F.

Fab hotel, quirky and so much better than your usual corporate hotel, relaxed with great staff. Funky bedrooms, very comfy beds . Great location, plenty going on in the vicinity and walkable to museum quarter, close to underground also to explore more of this wonderful city.

Great place to stay
Excellent advice from the front desk about Vienna, room was spacious and comfortable, location is excellent - museum quarter about a ten minute walk and U-Bahn station about 5 minutes. And if you stay, check out the Raimundhof, a wonderful little passageway just a minute from the hotel, with great cafes and shops.

location is decent, walkable to some good sights and shopping area, very clean room, overall I thought for the price, it could have been better. The guy that checked me in had a weird attitude and this really put me off - I travel 9/12 months a year and for hospitality, I found him very poor.

The property design is fun. Music-inspired interior design & comfy beds. The location is also good. However, the breakfast is far too expensive for what is offered (€25) and if you don’t call to book the night before, the charge you an extra €5 making it €30. The restaurant is hardly ever open—we were there 5 nights Wed-Mon and it was closed 3 of those nights. The rooftop has cool drinks, but also odd hours. The rooms are clean, but the complementary water isn’t replenished and water glasses aren’t cleaned/replaced. Staff is very nice.

Second Stay as Good as the First!
This is our second stay at Jaz in the City Vienna and it is still excellent. We arrived from the airport via train and subway with a short walk and found it even faster than the taxi we took last time. The location couldn't be better for our 2 night stop over on the way to Prague. We will return.

Great spot in the heart of the city
Great spot - good attentive and helpful staff. Only downside was a slightly limited evening meal menu.

good location, not that clean
Arrived with my partner for a 5-night stay. The area is perfect - lovely Neubau, with lots of bars and restaurants with local character. We didn't take breakfast - there's a starbucks just 4 minutes walk away and I brought coffee and muffins/apple strudel to the room. The downside - room was not clean anough. VERY dusty and this is not OK especially considering the price we paid. finally - the walls are very thin, you can hear A LOT of what;s hapenning in the room next door.

Good hotel for night owls, miserable for the rest
The hotel is fine, but my room was street facing and the noise from people in and around the hotel bar was extremely loud and unpleasant and went on until 2am. I called the front desk twice about extremely drunk patrons who were screaming, fighting and playing deafening music and while the desk was polite, they were not effective in stopping it.

Great place to stay, but far from the central area. Uber/Taxi to airport will cost around 35-40 euro. The place closes early when it comes to dinners, would think twice about booking just because of location. More outskirt than close to central.

To give an advice, the public transportation in Vienna are very cheap and we are well connected to reach e.g. the Cathedral St. Stephan within 5 minutes by subway! Great for a mini break near the city
Nice interior and hotel had a small gym which was handy. Good location - not far from Naschmarkt. Bike hire was only 15 euros per day for E bikes which meant we could explore the city of Vienna efficiently.

Quite a good place , great location
The hotel was located in a great location, the breakfast was very good, but the prices are a little too high. The main problem is that the shower/sink area is separated from the sleeping area with glass, which makes it a problem when one of the guests wakes up earlier than the other and wish to take a shower and prepare for the day without waking anyone up.
