The room was spotlessly clean, with fixtures and fittings which looked very new. I had a great view of the city from my balcony (shown in photo). The hotel is some distance from the sights of central Vienna, but close to the sights of Belvedere, and very handy for the Hauptbahnhof (main train station).

The Hotel is very close to the train station, You can walk to Down Town. The staff doesn’t speak very well English and some time they aren’t so kind. The don’t clean every day, They only make the bed. We had breakfast incluyendo and the said no, we hace to pay for it.

Nothing special to recommend the hotel, it seemed understaffed and check in was not good, a long line, then the keys did not work for the rooms, not just me but others had the same issue. It is convenient to the Central Train Sstation and the U Bahn as well as being walking distance to the Belvedere.
