we had a beautiful and comfortable one week stay. we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the facility. Excellent location near airport buses and train. Stores and restaurants around. We highly recommend this hotel.

I found the amount of instructions to check in and create key cards and so forth quite overwhelming. The location of the apartments in the next block to the train station was ideal. It is sparsely furnished, the carpet in the hallways desperately needs a clean or replacement and nothing looks absolutely other than mediocre. But for a short stay, it worked.

Everything in the room is good and clean however the carpeting in the corridor needs a good cleaning. The room we were in is on the first floor facing a back alley, the room is noisy from around 06:00 to 23:00 especially after dark when people loiter there. Location of the property is excellent, the railroad, bus and subway stations are all minutes away within walking distance.

Nice big apartment could have done with a bit more room around the bed nice bathroom with very good shower .Nice point is that an upright fan was supplied as temp was in the mid 30 s

Great location right next to the main train station in Vienna, easy to reach the shops and trains (long distance and subway). Because of that not really quiet though, but it is okay if the windows are closed (however, we were there in the fall and as the property doesn't really have AC, I gather in the summer, you would need to keep the windows open to cool down). Love the concept of the hotel and I was really impressed with the amount of storage in the small room. It would be nice though, if the maintenance was a bit better, as some of the things were quiet dirty and needed to be cleaned before use.

The place was near the train main station. And easy access to going everywhere the only thing of that hotel that they don’t have air conditioning which was very hot day when I was there. And also they don’t have for hanging out our clothes. Beside that the hotel was good and clean.

It was affordable, great location, and I really liked the kitchenette (stove top, nespresso machine, mini fridge with the freezer, microwave and convection oven.) My room had plenty of counter space and seating. The nespresso coffee machine in the lobby was also very nice to start the day for all the site seeing and walking or end the day with a pastry. The only negative is that there is no air conditioning but the window does open all the way to allow a breeze. As a solo traveler, I would definitely stay again...and bring my small portable fan.

I've stayed here many times over the years and every trip has been excellent. It's very secure, very clean, very well situated (next to the main train station and, therefore handy for buses, trains and the underground).....and all this for an extremely reasonable price. I now never think to stay anywhere else when I visit Vienna

The Smartments room was very clean and well stocked with dishes and cookware. Very close to public transportation and the Vienna Central Station. Conveniently located to shopping and great restaurants. Super comfortable and a great value for the price!

Place is very convenient from the central train station. The room can be hot at times and you inky have a tower fan. You will be forced to sleep with the window open, however, it is so awkward to sleep when there’s an office building across the street who can see you sleeping.

It is placed 3 min walk from/to Wien HBF, which is very comfortable, especially if you want to get to the airport. The place itself is nothing fancy, and the rooms were small, but it was clean, and the bed was also comfortable. The Laundry is in the basement, I checked it and I decided I can wait to go home and do my laundry. The vibe of the whole place was like a nice university dorm.
