The staff is very attentive and they do care very much about your stay and your experience at the hotel. We stayed 4 nights. Though we had some issues early with a humming from our AC unit, it was attended to immediately. We didn't expect anything, but the staff went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant stay at the hotel with many surprises. Thank you for caring and keep up the good work Eugenia Morgano (Front Office Manager) and staff.

Great stay but just a bit off for a stay at the Ritz. Items to be in the room at check in were late (arrived after we did and we checked in late). Arrived early had our bags held by the bellhop and was told we would receive an email when are room was ready. We did not receive an email or text alerting us. Ended up checking into our room after four pm (over a hour past check in) when we got to our room our luge was not there. Nrlor was the champagne

People were super friendly. Unfortunately there was street construction outside all night in addition to a terrible sewage smell coming up from the shower drains. There were no North American plugs in the room and when we requested one we were told they had run out, we were unable to charge anything until the next morning. I would say this is not acceptable for a five star property. I would say value for money isn’t great here, I prefer some of the other properties in town. The staff were exceptional which was good, always friendly and helpful.
